Pros
Co-workers were incredible people to work with and created a creative environment
Cons
Initially, the work environment was positive due to the presence of excellent colleagues. However, it soon became clear why turnover was high. The primary issue was management’s lack of interest in employee growth and feedback. After leaving, I discovered that many former employees had similar concerns, which had been communicated to management but remained unaddressed due to their indifference. Including, but not limited to, lack of tools to complete work (which you were then blamed for), meetings with highly inappropriate and childish behavior, and clear lack of regard for any employee wellness. Despite numerous follow-ups, I never received the commission promised for the sales I generated. I was ultimately told that addressing my complaints earlier might have prevented these issues, yet my concerns were consistently ignored when raised. Reflecting on my experience, I feel disappointed for myself and my dedicated coworkers who gave their all to make the business succeed but were treated as if they didn’t matter. The company had significant potential, but management missed the opportunity to foster a positive work environment.
