      Pros

      1. Good learning in live environment. (work with muliple clients).

      Cons

      1. Work on older technologies 2. Cannot go out of office before 5:30 pm 3. No Internet provided to individual 4. Cannot talk on lobby 5. Cannot wear half shirt . Company must arrange a company uniform 6. Micromanagement in terms of where you spent your time. 7. Constant Job insecurity. 8. Good only for gujju people as there is gujju quota even in increment and promotion.

      only infrastructure nothing else is good about this company....if you want a good infrastructure in a company then Financial technologies is Best place for u...only for infrastructure dont expect anthing else...

      Cons

      No work life balance No fun at work once you entered in the company u canot go out. its like a jail.. you cannot talk on phone... Outdated technologies.. No Drop facility in the night... No overtime... Saturday working... so much of partialities.. managers eat Goa Gutka and Maawa.. no festival is celebrated here... managers don't know how to talk to a employee... Vegetarian canteen only veg food ull get there non veg is not allowed... no flexible work time... Formals are compulsory.. if u want to make your life worst please join this company...

      Normal work with lots of non-sensical rules

      Pros

      Company has good infra (if that's what you look for in a company - I don't) Well established brand (till some two years ago) You are not expected to work much beyond usual hours and also you will not be working from home, which is a really good thing since work life balance can be maintained (although some days work from home could be a boon).

      Cons

      Lots and lots of stupid nonsensical rules. I will state here few - Once entered, you cannot leave company premises before 12.30 (!!). Again after 2.30 same rule applies till 5.30. You can get breakfast till only 10.30 although it has dedicated canteen. Same goes for lunch, it's allowed till 2.30. You are supposed to keep chairs arranged and desk clean at all time, else HR mails follow. You are not allowed to take calls in lobbies, or anywhere where the management can see you. When someone from top management comes, you have to leave the lift for him/her. There is a big carpet on ground floor which occupies about 80% of floor - you are not supposed to step on it !!! All the housekeeping staff is asked to use backside stairs and lifts, which are well hidden so they cannot mar the great view company tries to project. I hate superficial things and thus the
