I cannot sum up what happened here without digging into Pandora's box of bad memories. I've never been made to feel so poorly about my work, never made to feel so inept, as I did here. The clients are chaotic, the management structure is poor at best, and said managers don't share the same vision as the CEO. I took a lower salary to get out of a bad position prior, so at the six months mark when I asked for a raise so that I could pay my bills, I was met with "you're not as good as you think you are."
There were so many problems here. I cannot start to explain. The only solace I've found is from other coworkers who have escaped, all of whom were among the crowd of diversity the CEO promised was of highest importance. It's disgraceful, really.
