Pros
Starting pay is good at every position. They are flexible with your requests as long as it's reasonable and with notice. There is room to advance most of the time. Family friendly and performance based with a staff that cares. They are honest and upfront about the state of the company and contributing factors.
Cons
There are freezes on wage increases, but do their best to make up for that when the company does well. Sometimes overlooked at positions one might be best qualified and proven for.
