Best place to learn new things.

Cons

Totally uncultured, uncooperative and unprofessional behavior of certain employees(especially girls). Utilizing office areas like car parking, basement etc during working hours to do adult stuffs is completely disgusting, not sure whether these people are aware that there are some places like lodge, hotels to do these kind of cheap things. This will definitely create a bad impression on the company.

All Cloud unlimited access no worries about billing. CTO have great technical Vision. It will useful to learn new technologies but no real time implementations. If you are dumb and deaf like all employees you get maximum increments.

Cons

Do not have more than two active projects entirely depend on H1b income but showing as pioneer in Cloud health care services. No sync between Onsite and Offshore sales team. If you have very good communication skills and senior resource with other income you can choose this company Most of the senior employees send out from company on completion of four years with no increments due to Gratuity problems.(check linkedin average period of employee). India Operations are run by CFO. He is the center of gravity for 8k miles with the help of CEO Establish new Firms like (8k media, 8k tv, 8k online radio) invest all income from h1b to other companies. Recently started investments in Tamil cinema.(check in google about other company names). Management behaves very rudely with all employees when they expect or ask any benefits. Company Shares are driven by active stock market brokers. So share prices are always high. Do not trust the word ESOP from management when you joining. More than i see many fake reviews by 8k miles Marketing team.

This company is fraud business. Everything is on paper only. They are just another body shopping consultancy. They will make you big promises, but won't give you salary compensation.
