Neil (CEO) is someone who cares about his team; he ensures staff have the skills and recourses to get things done. He is always keen to provide the employees with coaching, training, and opportunities for growth to improve their skills. He listens to and objectively considers the ideas/ inputs of others and respects the talents and contributions of individuals.

Time Flexible. -Great Communications with Lead Architect. -The Collaborative space is very good and fun there is no tension in the air. -Great Schedule for project delivery -If something comes wrong, we find a solution as soon as possible instead of trying to find a guilty soul. -Neil (CEO) is very approachable, smart, and kind and he has great communication skills so he's never offensive or rude. -If you are someone that is very active, or a single mom or a student, the flexibility of this position is great for you to study, or go to the gym, or take your kids to the baseball game, we all have a very clear concept of our job, so the time management is a very important asset here.
