Pros
Decent PTO system. Wi-fi availability. Salary-based. Restaurant options nearby for lunch. Some company events are worth attending. Work closely with other departments.
Cons
Management is not great at communicating. Programmer is a soft talking mumbler with knowledge sure, but has poor people skills to be able to translate his knowledge to impart on subordinates. Manager also gets defensive when questioned. Managers also basically show up when they want, and restrict your ability to work remote when you need to. Double standards with morals. You'll end up wearing a lot of hats for your role. You're interviewed for one thing, but on day one end up doing a lot of menial tasks not mentioned in the job description or highlighted in the interview. Pay is also really poor for the amount of tasks that are dumped on you.
