Bad leadership, bad management, no respect, no morale

If you can suck up to management and become their friend, bring them breakfast, go out and party with them, and sleep with them, you'll do great at this company. All you need to do well here is to kiss butt. *You get cake for your birthday.*
Cons
You can't be honest, you can't voice concerns. Management doesn't care about their employees. Warehouse workers have been cut to 36 hours, and they are laying off good, dedicated employees. But the people that smoke marijuana and sleep with their married bosses have secured their positions at the bottom. This place is a joke and nothing more than a paycheck. Keep your head pointed at the ground and don't let them see that you can think for yourself. There are a few good people left here, unfortunately, none of them hold any titles that mean anything. You work hard and that goes unnoticed and unrewarded. The less you contribute, the better. The more you nod, agree, and pucker up, the better your chance at staying employed here.
