An individual can meet many people there and initiate good relationships that can last long, especially with the diverse population.
Cons
The amount of responsibilities is way more than one would think of applying self-care. Most people there are overworked, have no time for creativity, face and deal with rumors regularly, and mistrust their supervisors and managers. Within my short-term contract, which lasted less than six months, at least 12 people quit, resigned, or got fired; most of them did not mention reasons for their unpredictable leave. Please, think twice before considering this site.
