Racist and sexism, favouritism
Do not work in the Financial Protection team, if you don't get harrassed sexually by a former director (luckily now 'retired') you'll be treated badly by his replacements who are two faced and nasty. Customer support equally poor, some directors will avoid you at any cost.
Hr turn a blind eye on any issues and the ceo doesn't want to know. You are more likely to be paid off / put on garden leave / retired / quietly shoved out than promoted or progressed in this company and that is at any level - no one is safe
Discriminating against pregnant ladies and returning mothers, and no chance of career progression
No pay rises or bonuses bar the absolute minimum that they can give, but the leadership team and ceo will still pocket thousands in annual bonus
Will push more work on you with no reward, inflexible working hours
Gossiping non supportive place
