Thank you for taking the time to post this amazing review - really appreciate the feedback and in particular where we can continue to improve and make the working environment an even better place to be. I love your comment about the support you receive from your teammates as this is something that I can see across the business and I believe it says a great deal about the type of people we have in the team and their characteristics and the way in which we have recruited people post COVID. More training is noted and is certainly on the agenda as you will be aware we have recently promoted internally a new Training and Office Manager and as this role evolves so more and more training will begin to be set up and offered to enable you to build a wider skill set.
