      the Location is amazing, right next to the beach in Durres.

      Management/owner are totally crazy and only interested in money and keeping parents happy.

      Very flexible. Get to pick the shifts you want to work.

      Only get paid for PTT (per talk time). As an independent contractor, you are not entitled to benefits.

      Work from home is the only pro I can give

      Cons

      Your sent emails to get you started. If you have any questions you need to figure them out because you get no help. The cheapest work from home I’ve ever done. Does not pay your bills so it’s a waste of time to work for the company.
