      Pros

      - Place to put work experience on your resume. - Some nice co-workers - Benefits

      Cons

      - Upper management keeps all the money at the top. There is no trickle down to employees who do most of the work. Wages are barely above California minimum wage and have not been increased to counteract the increased housing and general pricing in the area. - No work parties to ease the obvious awkwardness of workmakes. - No incentives for workers to perform. - General laziness of managers to hire/fire for poor work space professionalism and integrity

      Pros

      Ugh. There are no company pros...sorry to say..., but Glassdoor has a 20 word minimum for this section so I need to write a little something here.

      Cons

      Very poor pay scale for lower employees. Poor communication. High turnover. The guy at the top I feel is very money hungry and this is evident in the way the company just is. He also is not very personable and not down to earth. This is very unfortunate.
