There is no proper management. Worst CEO.
There are only bunch of liars working in the company.
Company has no policies and will change the policies overnight as per their requirement.
They do not give salary as per CTC, they will not respond to any of your concerns or issues, will not give payslips, and any documents properly.
HR and finance team has no knowledge of their respective roles. Company is incorporated since many years but still nothing is streamlined. Before joining, CEO will call you and talk to you very nicely even the VP will call you, but once you join suddenly everyone will vanish, block you and won't respond to you whatsoever. Once their job is done with you they will remove you in any minute without any prior intimation. Post this they don't provide with any document, They will give fake US visa assurances. But I really had worst experience with this organisation. During the time of COVID they left me stranded and jobless never had such experience with any organisation till now.
