No proper office setup Noisy office location No personal development care No timely check of process by employees, always last minute check is done and frustrates us. No Hike, same pay until you get out

Pros
Specialized in Computational Fluid Dynamics. One of the oldest in this area. Senior managers / Directors are very very knowledgeable and well known experts globally. One can learn a lot.
Cons
Small organization. More internal training is required because, CFD is highly specialized and technically very demanding field. Very little / no travelling opportunities to abroad.
