After many years of loyal service with always positive personal a nnual reviews known by churches and staff as a helpful hardworking value adding person, I was forced out because the new leader thought I couldn’t reach his goals. He insulted me frequently in private and in front of others and behind my back. I knew he would not fire me but just make life miserable for me. I hear that he still makes negative insults about me even though I have been gone for a year. My good reputation I worked hard to build is tarnished and it hurts badly.

Terrible management that doesn’t value problem solvers. Pay is below average and benefits are less than ideal.
