Pros
Good Products. Lots of good people at various levels. Stable.
Cons
I think the headline is a great example of the problems of the company. The organic reviews on glassdoor were poor, so HR asked all employees to post positive reviews to raise the score to win a pizza party. It worked because you'll see a rash of positive reviews and a sudden increase in overall rating. However what you should see is a company that's more focused on looking like it's fixed a problem than actually solving the issues that led to the original lower review. This company is a great example of how a few poor leaders can create a poor culture despite having the majority of the organization be good people. It's also an example of what happens when you prize personal relationship at the expense of accountability.
