no communication from management about daily duties, absolute refusal to work with employees’ schedules, micromanagement is insane, bosses have access to and watch employees from the cameras while they’re off the clock

Amazing office culture and staff. Great work like balance. Would recommend to anyone, not like any other engineering company I have been with before. Mostly outgoing and fun people who like to talk

High turnover rate. Favoritism. Nepotism. Incompetent management. They purchase machines from psychopathic manufacturer (Advanced Mechatronics)
