      I worked for them for over 2 years, my first contract position, and it was an all around great experience. The staff is excellent!

      Pros

      Best place I have ever worked. No micro-management. Great place to work if you are legitimately motivated on your own to make money. Nobody will breathe down your neck here to get you to ramp up your productivity.

      Cons

      Some people need to be micro-managed so they end up taking advantage of the management style and slack off.
