      From a Great Company in the early 2000's to Good and eventually BAD.

      Pros

      Work timings, type of projects, location, benefits. Old bosses who have now left.

      Cons

      No growth for expats, and lack of any responsibility from Sr mgmt. along with lack of focus on the big picture, to much interference from almost everyone. Finally, treatment of employees leaving the company and does not fulfill the gratuity & medical compensation to its employees. After leaving the UAE who does one contact or follow up for the money due ??? HR does not care.

      I was searchig for salary but the algorithm is forcing me to give review and i dont have any so i mentioned what i had to..because all i want is to see salary without any hassle on this site.
