Cons

You expect things to be busy, that's fine. What gets frustrating is when things don't line up the way they should. You'd think something is already handled, then realize there's a gap... and you're like, wait... why am I dealing with this again? It's not one big issue; it's the repetition of it. Over time, small things just build up and wear you down. It's that constant "almost working but not quite" feeling.
