      Good in sense of leave and work flexibility but a big dismanagement in employing the resources.

      Flexibility in leave, good salary, kind of secured job if you are here for more than 3-4 years.

      Cons

      Mismanagement in employing the resources, employ every one if a project is about to come no matter who excels in which technology and if project fails to come, every one is left blank.
