Terrible work environment. Management treats employees as expendable bodies while expecting devotion and flawless performance. Standards are ridiculous and often of the double variety. Employees are “cross trained” meaning they get more work out of them without ever having to hire the proper amount of staff, which burns employees out quickly. Many times a process was introduced without warning or training then when the process was messed up, the employees were blamed and penalized. My overall impression is that if it makes money they’ll try it and if you somehow mess with that, you’ll pay with your job.

The donors are extremely rude and demanding. We are working our fastest and doing our best while being extremely understaffed. Management has horrible communication skills and confuse staff because they are all on different pages. The center director doesn’t care about anything staff has going on at home and continuously changes schedules every couple of weeks. It’s overwhelming and everyone in staff is over worked and underpaid.
