Pros

If you're an engineer who likes cold calling and just wants to sell to other engineers and not be bothered by big company drama then this place is for you.

Cons

No perks. There are only 20 people that work out of a tiny office and all report to the owner who is super awkward with a dark side. Sales is commission based and you'll do good some quarters and starve others. If you miss quota for a few months you're fired no questions asked. They churn through young engineers in sales constantly. The bad ones get fired. The good ones make some dough then get better jobs. Pretty much no one stays here more than a couple years except people with no other options.

Pros

Some of the people are okay, but not the management or HR.

Cons

- Poor management - Any sick days or personal days you take will definitely be probed by management -They stick you in tiny little cubicles or closets -High turnover rate -The management doesn't care about the employees -The managers only care about the bottom line
