Sadly, due to politics management and long term employees of the company could not be trusted and the environment impacted for staff It was difficult to reconcile that whilst being B corp the Directors have connections to Gulf oil clients which felt hypocritical to the ethics of the practice Always had a feeling of pressure than working as a team - lack of support due to financial pressures of the business High turn around of staff in Birmingham meant that experienced people left.
