Great place to start out, but not the best long-term company to stay with.

Pros
They are very willing to train you in whatever they hire you for, so it is great for recent graduates. Also willing to go into the theory of the technique used and why they do things a certain way. Very knowledgeable of their field. The supervisors are usually quite understanding and willing to help out when needed.
Cons
Since it is a smaller company, there is really not too much room to grow, besides possibly learning things from other analysts or departments. Pay and benefits are sub-optimal, but as I said it's a great place to start off as they are very willing to train you in things. Some days will be an insane amount of work, and weekend or a lot of overtime will be required. Employees have not received a raise for a while now.

The five-star review here is completely a lie. This place of employment overworks their people and the management has a huge power trip, especially the one that runs the inorganics department. Do yourself a huge favor, and avoid this place as much as possible.
