      Decent experience working on interesting projects

      Cons

      Management is expert level passive aggressive, arrogant & full of empty corporate slogans. Bonuses, higher compensation & advancement are awarded based 100% off cronyism, not based on performance. Staff engineers keep your head down.

      Young managers only concerned about profit, No software training, Expected overtime, Using PTO frowned upon, Manager that disparages employees behind their back in the same office, Upper management cronyism, No budget to do projects correctly, Overhead on timesheet deeply frowned upon, Direct labor hours always hounded about, Only in business to make money

      Pros

      100% paid health insurance, generous vacation allowance based on years of career, nice offices. No cubicle life. Fun activities at times.

      Cons

      Be prepared to work a lot of hours. Not big on promoting and mentoring women in the company. When you are assertive, it can backfire. No encouragement or anything from managers. Just work work work.
