      Pros

      - Great work-life balance: Work from home possible, flexi time, limited over time, 21 days annual leave. - Before Covid travel restrictions, there were plenty opportunities to work in Germany or UK for a short time. - Safe, long term jobs - Friendly, understanding and caring management. - Friendly colleagues, good work culture, nice office

      Cons

      - The since there is only one team in Singapore, there are only limited roles available. You cannot easily switch between departments or get a team of your own. - Salary and bonus don't match the finance sector.
