-bad training for new employees

If you're in other departments good luck working overtime with no OT. Management & HR has no care for their employees always playing the blame game and some are promoted but the work responsibility they will throw to the people below and take up as little work and responsibility as possible. Taking leave depending on which department is also seen as a crime, hr has no power cause is always subject to hod, we are entitled that but somehow not because of control and micromanagement. Just because they are hod doesn't mean they are the boss.
