Large scale Security systems projects using Best brands in the market: Bosch, Panasonic, Gunnebo, ICOM. Very important clients like Bank of Albania, Secondary Banks, Ports, Government Facilities, etc. This company have been operating in the security systems field from 1992 and it have a really extensive experience in CCTV, Radiocommunication, access control, alarms etc. It's one of the 2 most known companies in the Albanian market that are able to manage and install large scale security projects with ISO 9001 and Security clearance certification. Possibility to self learn many things through practice.
Cons
This company takes bigger jobs than it can handle. Family oriented company and lack of a stable hierarchy implementation. Employees feels considered as servants, working all week (except Sunday), holidays with longer hours in the field. The salaries seems good in comparison to other companies the market in Albania, but at the end company declares only the minimum salary to the state. This company never gives to previous employees a job reference after leaving the company. Employees here are not happy, and the job contracts are not respected. State rules give all employees 4 weeks of paid time off, but the company can allow you not more than 2 in the best case. There is no way that you can have an external communication or email with the vendors or clients without asking for permission each time. This company doesn't spend a $ in training for their technical staff. The company does not invest in offices, keeping the work environment without heating and cooling. Employees are always stressed and not happy to do their jobs.
