Very much challenging (they will burn you out in a single tour of duty)

A "PROFIT ONLY" oriented company with no seafaring values, Treats seafarers like slaves, No appreciation or promotion prospects for work well done. Senior management tries to blame on board staff for all problems and takes credit of all achievements, too much politics by senior staff.
