      Pros

      Excellent focus on technology and providing the customer with the best products possible. Fast-paced environment that offers challenging yet rewarding work. Plenty of autonomy to make decisions, own your actions and take responsibility to get things done. Work from home on Fridays (when able to). Casual dress in the office, unless customers are visiting, Opportunities to travel for work, both within the US and abroad. Good base pay with bonus opportunity.

      Cons

      Vacation is accrued bi-weekly, so it takes a while to be able to have any time off. Only a 4% match on 401K.
