Must be able to speak and understand Korean well. The president/ CEO will lie to you about everything. He says there is advancement opportunity after 6 months to get you hired. Then he will say 1 year, then 2 years. He says there is opportunity for bonus that's why he is paying you so little, but there is no bonus. He is very greedy and cheap and will always complain about the company is losing money (when its not). You will get fired on the slow seasons and he only keeps the people who have been here for a while. There is very high turnover in this company. He will make you look bad when you ask for reference. So don't ask for one.
