Pros
Good base pay with good tips for barista work. Great company values (fair trade coffee, organic, ecologically conscious). Great product. Good training on barista skills. Nice customer base.
Cons
Years ago there were issues with the management team and significant turnover of employees. I was asked to do split shifts between locations with no compensation for the time I spent traveling from one location to another. I received a very negative reaction to asking to be compensated for my time from the assistant manager who I am certain is no longer with the company.
