Pros

Flexible, understanding to staff needs, remote work, set schedule, the team helps each other, communication, customers are awesome! We have fun at times, company dinners, and so much more to this place.

Pros

I’ve had a very positive experience working here. The team culture is collaborative and supportive, and coworkers are always willing to help one another succeed. Leadership is approachable, communicative, and genuinely values employee input, which creates a strong sense of trust and respect across the organization. One of the biggest strengths of this workplace is the emphasis on work-life balance. Expectations are clear and reasonable, and there is an understanding that employees perform best when they feel supported both professionally and personally. Overall, this is a well-managed organization with a positive environment, strong teamwork, and leadership that truly cares about its staff.

The management is very heavy handed in micro-managing employees and has a high turnover rate.
