Pros

Company is overall good future projects are very good in pipeline for mechanical engineer it is best to boost career . Its a japanese MNC so need to understand everything must be documented form. Good carrer scope

Cons

Poor management If you need to do work with CFT it's a huge task. If you are in a project than you need to do all alone in the project Purchase, vendor management etc The worst part Hr policy which is not in employee favour at all.
