      - Potentially work on interesting projects - Like a baptism of fire which prepares you for anything - Casual Friday for non-sales staff - Efforts are being made to improve the company

      - Either very boring or very stressful and always disorganised - Phenominal employee turn over rate - Location won't suit everyone - Work overtime or weekends at moments notice - Compensation just not good enough for the misery
