1. FAKE reviews here - any review that has more than three stars are FAKE. 2. Management are family members who are not so good at managing. NEVER argue with them because you are not going to win, and you'll get fired for not being a good lad 3. They hire you because they short in hands, and after things get done, you are fired. And they make you leave in the worst way. 4. Not support from other department - you will be on your own 5. Extremely unpaid. Especially for H1B visa holders, new grads. 6. Extremely high turn over ratio. You argue with the family members, you get fired. You argue about your salary, you get fired. Your projects done, you get fired. Your customer doesnt buy, you get fired. You are not doing things the way you've been told to do, you get fired. Be a machine here, not a human if you want to stay. 7. They don't care the development of the company. The company will be sold to raise their pension.

Top-down management style with nepotism at the core of the company. Long story short the VP is the nephew of the President. The CEO is merely a figurehead and the spouse of the president (the one who holds real power). The work culture is very toxic and do not expect to be promoted unless you decide to throw your morals away or if you are related to the family. Most if not all managerial positions are held by family members. Read between the lines and see the red tape that is littered throughout the company.
