Pros
I was associated with this organisation for more than 1 year. I have been working from Hyderabad, India branch of the company. This company is primarily in SAP but they have recently started working on Dot Net based projects. I was part of healthcare project and was supporting them on their web based healthcare applications. Company has an average space to work. You can get to know everyone in company as overall strength is less than 20 members. If you want work from home opportunities then may be you should join this company. Most of people work from home. You will not find more than 12 people at any point of time.
Cons
Management is bit slow in processing information and for Hyderabad Branch there is no one to supervise and handle teams. Company has very less focus in hiring talent and retaining them. Attrition rate is very high as most of people have left organisation after spending 2 years. HR and companies policies are worst and here no processes are followed. Initially I was very motivated to work in small team and less hierarchical company. Our team is supposed to work in Agile methodology but management had a very hard time in processing Agile techniques. They are not open to new ideas and still work in old waterfall or incremental methodology. Working in small companies is never going to be easy but micro management is not good at all times.
