Right Job at the first experience in London

Good job for the first experience in London like barista. If you've never worked in London like barista, this company give you the possibility to learn.

Cons

no benefits, minimum salary, break not payed, only 50% off of the food. Fake leadership in the team, and the rules change every day, just because one of the oldest barista decide it.

- It's surprisingly easy to get a job at AMT and to gather the necessary experience to move on to a higher ground. Thust me, you will want to move on.. - 50% staff discount, limited to three items a day - You mostly get your preferred hours and day offs, the rota system is flexible

Cons

- The vage is 6.70 per hour (7.70 for nightshift) and it's just impossible to can get a pay rise - Don't expect your talent to be recognized in any way, be prepared to wait ages for a promotion - From the level of Area Managers and above, noone has a clue about what's going on behind the counter, most of them are shamefully incompetent about the needs of the business
