      Pros

      The only pros is that the founders are really sharp and cunning in running their business. There is lot of things that one can learn about running a business tactfully.

      Cons

      There are numerous flaws in this company. The management only knows to exploit and makes you do work to their maximum advantage. Management supervises over each and every employee like a principal of school. Enjoyment and fun are not only rare but also artificial. Employees are manipulated like anything for getting the work done anyhow.

      Pros

      Great Incentives Immense learning curve opportunities to experiment and understand sales Zero sales pressure career growth opportunities (since the company is budding, people with talent are awarded and regarded). leadership is awesome (No tricky management)

      Cons

      No rotational shift and no overtime People here work quietly, research and all makes it a little gloomy.

      its a registered company in New Delhi with different IP services to offer. good team outings and celebrations.

      Cons

      1. no actual benefits, incentives, allowances and bonuses. 2. treat employees as well as clients as ATM machines; 3. Seniors have no intelligence, they copy replies from internet. 4. Most of the employees say bad things behind each other. 5. Low salary and long working hours;
