Pros

Lots of detailed infrastructure, tools and proprietary software. Global company, lots of growth

Cons

Outsource too much of accounting, document creation and IT offshore. Toxic, unfair, poor character management. Timeline are vague and ambiguous, keep your stringing until they fire you. Took them over a year to complete the 3x3 plan, when it was initially announced it sounded like something the higher up created on the plane ride over to the townhall meeting.

Pros

No pros at the firm.

Cons

The Broking Department has become completely full of buttering and fake achievers. If you are in the good books of the managers and doing "yes-man" jobs, you will get all the opportunities, no matter what your actual capability is. They only want people who will nod their heads to everything they say and maintain personal relations. Promotions are totally running on internal politics, favoritism, and office groups. HR is just sitting there for name sake; they have zero care for employee well-being or career growth. This kind of groupism is completely spoiling the system and changing a global MNC into a local lala company.
