Pros

Working and helping families the best you can. Be aftercare worker or outcome specialist they pay good and don't do absolutely nothing.

Cons

Program doesn't really support and help families as they only care about saying there's no money. Management talk to you any kind of way and consistently threaten to fire you for everything. Don't care if your overwhelmed still give you complex cases to fail. Pay never changes. If lower position fits you they won't let you downgrade but tell you to quit if don't like.
