      Pros

      Competitive, really good amount of commission/bonus. The more hard-working you are, the larger number on your paycheck. Also, the office is located at the Broadway, Soho. Amazing location and modern office space.

      Cons

      More company happy hours will be great since there are so many good spots around the office :)

      -the owner is odd. Micromanager who speaks bad of some people. Belittles everyone daily.
