India Management Team writes fake reviews just to improve ratings on Glass door. So that the new joiners can be misguided. Also they force by email to like/follow their pages on social sites. Employees write bad reviews because of bad treatment.
Cons
They fired anyone if they want in a day without any prior notice or feedback. No good projects are there. Only time pass. Bad or poor policy at all, policy are made and scarped in a day. Appraisal cycles are not fixed they delay it for many months. Shoe licking in important (Specially for VP ), otherwise you are waste resource. No Internal Growth Managers are ineffective and doing nothing just sitting idle or doing unwanted work. like fingering Company has no vision. VP decision is final decision. employee is = labor Poor hike, no one happy everyone looking for better opportunity
