You are only required to be at the office once a week. You work at your own pace and convince.
Cons
ARM isn't supportive of new staff until you are able to bring in your first client. You wouldn't get company materials etc to make your work easy until you are able to bring in your first business, they believe it to be a push to show your willingness to work.
