The people on the ground were great and probably the only reason to stay working there.

When cuts came, they tend to cut from the bottom. Ever been asked to volunteer to take "one month without pay"?

It is nice company to work. Not a typical consultancy where they put you under multiple projects. You have constant support from the company even though you are working for a client.
