      Due to previous management, the pay is good.

      Cons

      Current management is terrible. They micro-manage everyone. They are only worried about "Metric" counts and care nothing about the people who work for them.

      Enjoying benefits and payoffs from your hard work and dedication. Management is very supportive of each other. Many opportunities for advancement. Houston North is a great place to work!
