      Scheduling and pay can be flexible/convenient if you perform well. You can work in different partnership stores. You are not micromanaged.

      Cons

      Limited variety of services to sell. Limited amount that you can make.

      Stay away from the McDonald's of HVAC

      Pros

      Good compensation for leadership role. GM was a good person.

      Cons

      Lack of training and support. Long hours. Conflicting messages from upper management. Losing customers because everything moves too fast to care about quality. Asked to Lie on sales reports and cancel "sales" the next day to avoid dealing with upper management. Gaslighting and soulless corporate environment.

      Pros

      Good pay, good team to work with and management isn’t bad. If you like high pace and competitive then this is the perfect place.

      Cons

      No work life balance. So greedy that they can forget their employees are human and have lives outside of work. The schedule is not set up for longevity. They will burn you out without hesitation.
