Wont be bored at all; will be engaged all round the year. If you are kind of person who gets bored stilling idle, this is the right place for you Good learning curve for freshers (in the first 6 - 12 months); we can choose our domain. Good opportunity to work in different domains and languages; shifting between development domains is pretty easy helping us in excelling over wider breadth.
Cons
Low pay, increments are the worst ever. Do expect anything to happen like a policy change today with effect from last year... (Similar situation happened on 2011) Poor planning leading to extra hours of work towards the deadlines. So late night work even though its not our fault is expected. Involves mostly breadth level work; depth level work occasionally comes up but is usually due to poor planning and designs.
